This is how it should feel. I came up with the idea of an "experiential" campaign that told Westin's story of "Renewal" and wrote the tagline "This is how it should feel". Print, web, TV, and a massive "station domination" campaign in major cities. And, of course, a zen garden. With creatives Scott Schindler, John Cheung, Jason Ashlock, Lea Platz, Helena Thorsell, David Johnson, Carlos Fernandez, Mike Leibowitz and Eric Rojas.



Scented ad. 
This was an actual scented ad featuring the scent used in every Westin lobby.


Renewal TV. These simple spots ran on several channels simultaneously to give viewers a moment to "breathe."


Calm down. Westin can "renew" you from
the noise of the everyday world.
